All entry and maintenance of jobs is done through the TRANSACTIONS menu in MJC. There are three types of jobs you can process:
Materials and labour (hours) can be posted directly within the job or by batches using the BATCH MATERIALS or BATCH TIMESHEET menu options. Transactions posted to a job can be changed where required. The charge-out figures can also be changed, i.e. where the costs cannot be changed but the job can be billed for a higher or lower amount than Micronet would calculate.
Micronet can produce invoices for the work completed. Jobs can be invoiced at any time, whether they are completed or not.
